Forest Lake Cycling

Forest Lake has a small group of local riders who meet at least 3 times a week for morning rides. The group is mixed ages and abilities and average speed is around 28-30 Km/Hr. Riders sometimes go off the front to ride faster, but the ride regularly re-groups. Nobody is left behind on these rides.

The rides all leave from outside the Coffee Club at Forest Lake Shopping Village.
