BRISBANE’S WORST ROADS – AND I DON’T MEAN POTHOLES!

I am going to make a list here of the worst roads in Brisbane for speeding drivers. The other criteria for a road making the list is the ongoing lack of police enforcement. This is why people keep speeding, because they know they probably won’t get caught. Hello!

  1. Blunder Road (From Ipswich Rd to Forest Lake)
  2. Ipswich Motorway (Oxley Rd to Moorooka)
  3. Charlotte St in the CBD (Edward St to Albert St)
  4. Garden Rd Richlands
  5. Rudd St Oxley (This road runs right past the QLD Police Academy – Nice one! Really unbelievable)
  6. Gateway Motorway
  7. Airport Drive
  8. Forest Lake Boulevard
  9. Fairfield Rd – (Rocklea to Dutton Park)
  10. Rosemary St – Inala (Glenala ave to Freeman Rd)

A great initiative, I’m hoping someone in the Brisbane Police Traffic unit picks up on this and starts to address the spped on these streets and others that will hopefully follow. Jamie B.A.
